Refund policy
At CleatsAU Grips, we stand behind the quality of our products, and your satisfaction is our priority. In the event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase, our return and refund policy aims to provide fair and efficient solutions. Please read the following guidelines carefully:
Eligibility:
- All products must be purchased through the CleatsAU Grips Website, @CleatsAUGrips Instagram, or @CleatsAU Instagram.
- Any and all claims must include your order number and proof of purchase.
- We do not offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind or incorrect size. Please refer
to the product photos and sizing charts before confirming your purchase.
Return Timeframe:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the original dispatch date.
Conditions for Return or Exchange:
- Products must be returned within the timeframe outlined.
- The product should show no signs of wear and tear or suspicion of misuse.
- CleatsAU reserves the right to deny a return if the product is deemed to have been used.
- Any items that are deemed faulty on receipt must be returned within 30 days of the
original dispatch date in an unused condition with all packaging. - The buyer should inspect the product before use and contact CleatsAU Grips as soon as
possible with any potential faults including a clear description and photos. - Once the grip socks have been worn they cannot be returned for any reason.
Assessment Process:
- All products are inspected prior to dispatch. In the unlikely event that your item is
faulty (1) on receipt it can be returned (2) within 30 days for a full refund, exchange or
credit note subject to our assessment. - Assessments will be conducted within a minimum of 14 days from the receipt of the returned product.
- If the product is deemed faulty by the manufacturer, CleatsAU will offer an exchange, refund, or apply a credit note.
Non-Faulty Products:
- If the product is deemed not faulty, it will be held for a maximum of 10 business days.
- The customer will bear the cost of the return postage fee.
Returns Outside Timeframe:
- Returns outside a reasonable time frame may be considered wear and tear, and CleatsAU reserves the right to deny such requests.

Note: Our warranty does not extend to products that have been subjected to accidental
damage, misuse, or any other issues not deemed a manufacturing defect. CleatsAU Grips accepts no liability for damages or injury that may occur resulting from the use of CleatsAU Grips in any context. CleatsAU Grips are for recreational purposes only and should not be used as a safety
device in clinical or other workplace conditions. Users who do so, accept that they do this at

(1) Faulty refers to clear manufacturing faults that make the product unwearable or unfit for use when
received. This does not extend to loose threads, blisters or other irritations, colour or dye runs either
during use or when washed or wear patches – all of which could be the result of factors unrelated to
the product.
(2) Return postage is at the buyer’s expense. Any replacement pairs will be shipped at no charge.
